Al-Watani Manhole Covers are made of GRP composite materials of Vinyl Ester Resin matrix, reinforced with fiberglass resulting in a super strong and durable material. Can easily be installed and removed by one pers -on.
At top of the cover it has 2 Nos. SS316L bolts with a special key handle for lifting the manhole cover.

1).Successfully passed the cyclic-loading testfrom 0 to 10 tons continously for a period of 2,160 hours.
2). Load-to-destruction test. It hold the load for 1 minute at above 40 tons. No damage was noticed. Test witnessed by Kuwait MPW, later verified by British Llyods, U.K.
In-service test (6 Months) – installed on un-asphalted road with heavy traffic loads.
Manhole Sealing Plate
Brief Description of the Process: The manufacturing process is called “Resin-Transfer-Moulding” (RTM). The composite materials of resin and reinforcements are molded on a two-piece mould which will result in “both-side-smooth” surface finished product.
